Refund Policy

We'd rather refund you than have you pay for something that didn't help. Here is
exactly how refunds work.
1. Pay-per-document purchases
- If processing fails (no analysis delivered), your document credit
is restored automatically — no need to ask. If you'd rather have the money back
instead, one email does it.
- If the analysis is unusable (e.g., the document text was
misread or the output is clearly wrong for your document type), email us within
7 days of the analysis being delivered. Because we delete your
original within 24 hours and the analysis itself after 7 days, we no longer keep a
copy to review — so please attach the original document and the analysis you
received, and we'll check what went wrong and refund the document.
2. Subscriptions (Starter and Pro)
- First month: if you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of
your first subscription payment, we refund that payment in full.
- After that: you can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until
the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate partial months, but we will refund a
renewal charged in error if you contact us within 14 days of the charge.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@tirmira.com from the
address you purchased with, including the approximate purchase date. We respond within
2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider, to your original
payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. EU consumer rights
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of
withdrawal. By requesting immediate processing of a document, you consent to the
service being performed before the withdrawal period ends; once an analysis has been
delivered, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase — but the
goodwill refunds described above still do. Nothing in this policy limits your
statutory rights.
