Refund Policy

We'd rather refund you than have you pay for something that didn't help. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Email hello@tirmira.com from the address you purchased with, including the approximate purchase date. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. EU consumer rights

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate processing of a document, you consent to the service being performed before the withdrawal period ends; once an analysis has been delivered, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase — but the goodwill refunds described above still do. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
